The Consumer Satisfaction Award is given to dealerships that rank in the top 10% of auto dealerships according to online reviews, specifically regarding customer service. To be included in the top 10%, dealerships must maintain a 4.0 out of 5.0 rating during the 2021 calendar year and respond to customer reviews within 24 hours.
