Leroy was an excellent sale

I needed to replace my old car as I could no longer afford to fix it. Because of the tough financial situation I delayed getting another car untill my friend told me to give it a shot, you will never know. At first I went to another dealer but nobody noticed me, I decided to leave that dealership and try somewhere else. Then I went to Reliable Chevrolet by chance. I was not expecting to be able to get a car because of my financial situation. However, they were able to trade in my old car and get me a new one. The application was easy and direct. I ended up getting a 2026 Trax. I believe that this is one of the most affordable SUV in the market now. I love this car as it has all the premium features including Bluetooth and heated seat at a price that is affordable. I am surprised that this car comes with the spare tire as many newer cars do not have one anymore! This gives me peace. There was also a surprising amount of space around the spare tire where I can store my tools. At this place you definitely get people who are considerate and very polite, and they pay attention to your specific needs. Thank you for Osman Bahadirli's warm welcome, and Eric Ryan was able to make me less nervous about getting a new car. He was very understanding in the process. I appreciate my conversation with Jesse Olguin from the financial department as he was genuine, kind and productive at the same time. Throughout the process, they gave clear instructions on how to proceed with the application, and also how to use the new features of the car. The entire team got the job done flawlessly. I especially thank you Zoie Rosenthal for staying late as I needed extra time to transfer my things from the old car to the new car. The team has been very understanding and flexible with my needs, they sacrificed their time to accommodate my situation. The people here really put customers first. For me, this miraculous visit has been the best dealership experience.

Vehicle was in the shop for 2 months. Zero communication from service shop about what was happening. I requested a buyback and it was denied from GM. There should be a GM recall for the telematics module and GM is not taking responsibility.

It was a easy experience at the dealership. We looked around at what we wanted. Once we met with Leroy Butler he got the keys to the truck and explained everything about it and then took us for a test drive. Once that was done we were ready to talk numbers
