The initial check-in was good. When I checked out, I was given the wrong bill to pay. After a refund was issued and the correct bill was paid, I was given the wrong car keys. After this was corrected, I discovered that my security wrench for my lug nuts was missing. The service tech found the tool and returned it to me. Maybe this was just a "bad hair day". I have never had these issues at reliable. We will see what happens at my next visit.

Please help Reliable Chevrolet. They are overwhelmed. I waited 9 weeks and 2 days for them to fix my vehicle. There was not a loaner program or reimbursement for alternative transportation. I was told 6 week wait for Triage. Which I agreed to but it took a while to get my truck to triage at the 6 week marker. My truck had a body control module issue the part was discontinued which took some time to gather parts which I understood. The wait was brutal. Is there a better way going forward? This was my first negative experience. I had to escalate to GM case id 95008129. The price was great which I appreciated. Staff is nice but I can sense they are completely overwhelmed with volume. I love my truck and want to keep it running for the long run and I need a partner in this journey. Please provide Reliable with Fleet of Loaners and enough staff to handle the large volume of requests. I would have gladly taken any loaner the wait was hard on my family and self. Constantly finding alternative transportation it was a hardship.

We walked into Reliance Chevrolet looking for a SUV to replace my Ford edge. As we were looking around Oliver Jones came out and started helping look at the different vehicles. We could not have had a better salesman to help us. He showed us around and gave us the information on each vehicle never pressuring us to buy one. When we decided on the Chevrolet Trex, he let us take it for a drive around the lot and gave us all the information we needed. I would recommend Reliable Chevrolet and Oliver Jones to all my friends and family. Thank you Oliver Jones for all your help. In this day and age, it is so hard to find someone you can trust, and we were definitely able to trust you.

Im wait 5 months for my car in this time I rented a car total 5k on rent + 2900 for parts and labor in my truck tecs.never call me to give me a up date ,well this experience was horrible never I will recomend that dealership.
