It was a very good experience

I like that I was made aware it was a busy day and it might take a little longer to get my car back. That helped because I was able to get more done before getting my car back without worrying when it would be done.

Alyssa, was very professional and very helpful when I got out of my truck one of the works made no eye contact and said we will be right either way you. I don’t know who was even talking to me but Alyssa was helping an other customer and as soon as she was done with them she asked me how she could help me. She walked me to the lobby to wait and told me there were snacks and coffee there and if I need a ride there was a Uber service available. It was nice to get a smile and eye contact when you are a customer.

David Rios said he’d make us a great deal and he did. Couldn’t be happier about our decision to get our new Blazer.

I would like to see your staff work faster when doing a Tire Monitor System replacement. Try for under 1 hour and fifteen minutes instead of 2 hours. Great job!
