He was professional and had excellent interpersonal communication. Aaron is an important asset to your company at Reliable Chevrolet in Albuquerque, NM. I took my truck to the service department because the engine light and break light were on. After having my truck for 2 weeks, they called to tell me the ABS Speed Sensors were frayed and needed to be replaced. They replaced them and I picked up my truck about a week later. I go to pay and the charge is $647.28, which seemed very high to replace two speed sensors that I saw at Auto Zone for $20 a piece. I got in the truck and saw that the engine and break light were off so I said hey it's done, pay, and just deal with it. Less than a week later, the light returns. I immediately get out of the truck and look at the sensors and they are both frayed. Makes me wonder if the lines were even replaced... So I take the truck back (They told me there is a 24 month warranty). I arrive to the service center and the Advisor that previously worked with me was no longer there. After asked the new advisor, it seemed as if all the the people were let go and all new people were working. So after a few days of taking it back the second time, the new advisor calls me and tells me its the ABS lines again and oh hey we need to replace all the fuel injectors. Cost would be $2800. I told them hell no that is way too much, I will pick up my truck. I arrive to pick up my truck and I have to pay an invoice for another $180+. The advisor said this was not related to the prior service that I came back for and already paid $647.28 for?????????? So now I am out $800+ and no issues were ever fixed. Actually there is a knocking noise that I hear when I turn left that I noticed after the first visit and during the second visit the advisor said that it was because of the speed sensor?? I am extremely unhappy and feel like I was robbed of $800+
