I reached out to Isaiah after the Town and Country dealership here in Taos ignored me. Then after talking a little bit, Isaiah ignored me as well. Pretty crazy to think someone reaching out ready to spend $40k would get ignored. I've been in sales and this has been a special experience. After submitting another request online thinking I'd get assistance from someone else, Isaiah reached out again the week before Christmas. I get Covid sucks and holidays are crazy but this was no excuse. After about a week of trying to get straight answers and receiving pretty poor service, I got the info I needed to buy my truck. Because of all of this, the truck I wanted was sold and I settled for another one. I told Isaiah from the start what I wanted, that I needed good sound and a bed liner in a crew cab short bed. I don't feel my needs were met as there is no bed liner and as far as the "upgraded sound" in this truck...not very great. In this process, I was reached out and was told my promised delivery date would probably not be met. I reached out to the GM, Ken, of the dealership. Told them that unless the truck was delivered that day, I would decline the sale. I needed it for work, for a move into my new condo, and it was arranged by Isaiah already. Ken & Darren were able to get it done that day. He asked when this survey came to think about the service I was given from him and his other manager, Darren. Well, my truck showed up looking like it had been offroading all day. The floor mats were already mud crusted. There was no bed liner in the truck. The Tonal cover and racks for the bed weren't able to be installed before delivery, I've still heard nothing back about that. When I told Darren that my truck had no bed liner, he offered to sell me one. He did offer to cover the cost of detailing the truck but there are no detailers in Taos. I'm going to see about reaching out to the dealership in town again but who knows how that will go. So I did think about the service I've received after Ken and I spoke. Basically, I received a brand new truck that was filthy and difficult to inspect for scratches. I was told I'd be taken care of with the detail and bed liner but really don't see a way of getting that done. Not driving the truck for 2 hours and leaving it for a day to pay for something that should have already been done. That includes paying for a place to stay at that point...still no word on the other parts, tonal cover, and racks. This is not "Reliable" service. This is awful. I've spent about 7 years wanting a Silverado. I ended up with a Colorado because times change and so do minds. It truly sucks that this is the experience I've been waiting for. In these times, salesmen need to setup up and be better to make the customer feel good about buying a car they didn't get to test drive. We're in some weird times that may not get better anytime soon and this dealership needs to find a way to communicate better in these times. I really hope I don't have issues once it comes time to get service. Enjoy the review Ken. It seemed very important to you. In fact, it seemed more important to you than actually providing me good service.
