Before you begin the process of scheduling an appointment, you'll need to download the myChevrolet App. Have it open, and select the wrench icon that is on the main screen. When you click on the Vehicle Service option, you can choose Request Appointment. You will be taken to a screen where you can select your preferred day and time. Your phone will likely ask you if you want to utilize your current location to determine where the service will be performed.
After selecting Schedule Service, you'll be able to review all of your appointment information before confirming. There are a few other tabs that you might find helpful. You can use the Recommended Services tab to see what work is recommended at this point in time. Other offers and more services are also available. You can also use the myChevrolet App to request a shuttle to and from the dealership's service center.
