I made my appointment online, which was very easy and convenient. I received a confirmation response in a very timely manner. My service rep, Victor Novbakhtian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He advised me the time had come to replace my serpentine belt and that he would have the technician inspect the belt to determine if the belt needed to be replace now or sometime in the near future. I received a phone call advising the technician recommended the belt be changed soon. After asking the cost of that belt and service, I asked if there was a sale I could utilize. There was no sale but Victor said he could give me a 10% discount after learning I was planning a trip out of state. The icing on the cake was when I picked up my vehicle, I found it to be washed. Washing a vehicle after being serviced is a fantastic service. Please keep up the good work and keep the car wash going. I love it.
