2 months to fix my truck. It sat @ your dealership for 2 weeks BEFORE it was even looked @. Then I was told $129.95 for A diagnostic to only find out you wanted to charge me close to $500.00 for diagnostic testing. Only after I threatened to pull my truck & take it elsewhere did I get told it would only cost the $129.95. I agreed to pay the $129.95 plus the difference in price of battery the insurance wouldn't pay. I was given a loaner while mine was getting fixed, but still doesn't make up for "Un" Reliable service received. Not to mention waiting 2 plus hours on oil changes...ridiculous. I was told changes have been made & they are quicker now......I guess I'll never know.
Went in for a simple oil change on my 2017 Hybrid Malibu. When we got in to the car to leave the My Chevrolet Link (Radio Screen) was black and the rear view camera was not working. They do not know what caused it but an hour appointment turned in to a 3 1/2 hour appointment. Was not too happy, but spoke with Darrell, service manager and he made it right with offering a free oil change on my next vst and a full tank of gas. My service Advisor Tony (I believe) was also very nice. But, I am very concern in the future that this will happen again. I hope Chevy looks in to this matter as their are a lot of forums on line talking about it.
did not appreciate you allowing sales people to go through vehicles in the service department and then calling those customers trying to get them to trade off said vehicles i am considering using a different dealership for any further repairs I really did not like this practice it is an invasion of my property and priviacy
