I currently have my car in the shop ti fix the shifter since it says shift to park when its already in park. Something that is supposed to take a few hours is now on day 3 and going because the machanic is stopping to work on other cars while working on mine. I dont feel good about that either, I think you guys need more mehanics or stop overloading them. I made the appt about a week ahead of time and took it in at 7am for the fact I want it the first vehicle to be worked on that day. They needed to order the part even though I made the appt a week prior and told them exactly what it is for. I call Nick to get the status of the car and have a hard time getting him to call me back. I think the cars that are there first should get worked on first and you shouldnt stop working on my car to work on another car that just got there. 3 days now and still waiting just for something that should take a few hours. And now Im concerned if the job is getting done right and if Im going to have more problems after I get the car then when I took it in. It was just one piece that needed to be changed. I just moved to rio rancho and regret not getting this done before I moved and now will def drive further if I need work done instead of down the street from me to reliable Chevrolet. I called Nick twice yesterday both times he's no where to be found and doesnt return my messages. Ive been the Chevrolet dealership in Tucson where I bought it and was there for a year after by far my favorite one, and cruces where the have worked on it there as well and Bonnie was wonderful and calling and keeping me in touch with what was going on with my vehicle, and now Rio Rancho where a job that should take 3 hours has taken 3 days and still going because they stop working on my car to work on another and cant even get ahold of them to see whats going on. Reliable Chevrolet the worst Chevrolet dealership EVER.

Poor communications. Quoted one price for oil change, charged more. I was told vehicle would be ready by COB same day, no calls. Went to pick up at end of day, only then found out it would not be ready until the next day. I also asked about an update to the audio system to make it compatible with Android Auto but the cost was outrageous.

Took over four hours for the service. (second service on new Colorado). Was told two hours, no one called to let me know it would be over twice as long as quoted. Based on this and prior experiences at this dealership, will never return.

Awesome experience! Didn’t have a appointment I showed up for a 30day inspection and needed a oil change they got me in and out within 40min or less with out a appointment. I had gone to lunch and I hadn’t even received my order and I already received a call from them my truck was done... awesome!

I scheduled my appointment September 7, 2018 at 7:25 am. Dropped my vehicle off Thursday evening off; so oil change could be completed on a timely manner. I started calling at 2:00pm to get an answer on my vehicle, if oil change was completed. So I could scheduled to be picked up ; I needed to pick up my wife at 5:00pm; also wanted to pick up flowers and card for our 23 anniversary. The service guy kept saying he was going to call me back, I called several time before arrangement were made for me to be picked up. The last time we were there the oil filter and oil were left in my back cab. tried to convince me that the oil change was completed; that oil and filter in my cab were for different job.

Jesse, the sales person, was excellent to deal with. A complete 180 from my last experience there in 2007 and I swore I’d never go back. On a whim I drove by because a truck on your website was one I wanted to look at and possibly drive. There was zero pressure from him from the start, he got the truck up front, opened the doors, let me look around, etc. Never pushed me. I asked if we could take it for a drive and he said “Let’s go”. Not ONCE was there talk of how much a month can I afford, what do you want to put down, etc. None of that is anyone’s business in the beginning and it’s a COMPLETE turnoff when the sales person starts that way. In 2007 there was a truck on the lot I knew I wanted to buy, I even brought both of my key fobs with me because I knew I wanted to trade in mine and drive home that day with it. The idiot sales person spent nearly an hour dicking around with the 4-square sheet, all these forms to fill out, etc. How about letting the customer see the truck first? I never did see the truck and ended up walking out...and buying my truck from Montana and having it shipped down, saving me nearly $10k in the process. THAT’S why I swore I’d never return...but Jesse made me glad I did. Thank you Jesse, you’re a star.

Great customer service. For starters Michael Bailey did an outstanding job helping me to find a vehicle that I could afford. The managers in the sales department also did an outstanding job helping me to get a great deal on my trade in. This was a great car buying experience for me. I recommend this Chevy dealership over all others in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
My car has been in the shop 4 times for the same oil leak and is scheduled to go back in tomorrow for the same issue. Every time they assure me it's resolved, and so far it hasn't been. I get a different answer from anyone I talk to. The service manager Darrel is trying to resolve the problem, but at this point I'm beyond frustrated. They call me every couple of weeks asking if I'm ready to trade my car in, even though I've asked them numerous times to stop calling me. I had a great experience when I bought my car (and I've purchased 3 from this dealership) but their service department is terrible. Once the oil leak is taken care of, I will go elsewhere for service work.

Service was excellent and completely painless. My vehicle went in, was looked at, parts were ordered, and it was repaired and returned the very next day. No inconvenience whatsoever. The staff was friendly and professional.
