Was very disappointed spending 6 hours at the dealership only to find that the vehicle had damage to the paint which had been hidden as a result of the vehicle being dirty during the test drive. This wasn't discovered until after ALL of the paperwork had been signed and the vehicle had been cleaned. Also, I shouldn't have to haggle the price at the dealership which was clearly posted at 1400.00 below on the company website versus the offer they wanted for the vehicle . Repainting of the vehicle had to be done and I was told I had to leave it for 4 days to be repainted, which turned out to be 5 days. I was given a loaner vehicle but, if the vehicle had been in new/clean condition, all of this could've been avoided. I would like to thank Ryan (body shop) for all of his assistance and if I could rate him alone he would have gotten 5 stars.

I was able to secure a same day appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. This was my first visit to this dealership and the service writer actually escorted me to the customer lounge area. Friendly staff, and I appreciated the detailed vehicle inspection report given with my receipt.

Horrible experience!!! Gave me the run around on trying trade in a truck I purchased from reliable along with trying to purchase a newer truck!!! Worst experienced I've had trying to buy a new vechicle. Would not recommend thisnplave to anyone.
I love the fact that I can schedule service on my phone and also track it. I came in for first maintenance check on my new car, and it was was a quick wait and I was pleased with the ease of getting it in and out.
I took my car in on the 12th, got it back the same day because, as the second car we bought from this dealership this year, the electrical problems my car was experiencing was NOT covered in the EXTENDED WARRENTY. The parts for the car were not in stock and the cost was over a grand. We went through 2 bad car accidents this year, the first car our Chevy cobalt. Once it was announced totaled, we went though Reliable Chevrolet for a Captiva 2015, which ran great until we were rear-ended, the car totaled. The second car we bought was the Captiva 2013, the current car with the extended warranty and electrical issues. The fact that the car is only 2 months from the dealership, AND many reviews were made online about the electrical problem, and when they said they took in into the shop, they received no help. The fact that we are exceeded to pay for an issue when we know it was sold to us when your employees knew they were selling us a bad car, has not only ruined my great expectations of Reliable Chevy, but will no longer be going through you guys. Now im stuck with this car that im afraid to drive.

Worse experience I had. Made an appointment & my car took about 3 hours to get serviced. Come to find out the oil change didn't even get done. Very disappointed. The gentlemen helping me wasn't friendly at all.

I dropped my car off on Thursday for a Friday appointment to get serviced as well as fix my Aux and USB port. I was called Friday telling me my car was ready and I could pick it up. When I went to get my car I was told they did not even attempt to try to fix my AUX or USB port because, "it is just a charging port" when I told them that was completely in accurate I was told oh it was because the tech has a samsung and not an iphone so it works differently (THAT IS NOT HOW AUX Cables WORK!). They then told me they would assign my car to a higher level tech. The next Monday I called asking why I haven't heard anything and the phone rang and rang and rang until I was switched over to the body shop?!? I eventually had to get a ride to reliable to ask what was happening to my car in person since after multiple attempts I never could get anyone to answer the phones. I was then told my service rep no longer worked there and that the tech he assigned to my car was not even working on Saturday, so my car had just been sitting there for 4 days! They finally looked into my problem and told me they needed to order a part and it wouldn't arrive until Tuesday morning. Tuesday when I called they informed me that the tech did not order all of the parts he needed so now I would have to wait until Wednesday to get my car. What should have taken 2 days to fix ended up taking 6! I will absolutely never return or buy a car there ever! I will and have already told people NEVER to go to (un)reliable Chevrolet. I will be driving across town to another chevy dealer to get anything done.

The Service adviser promised the car in 3 days, then went on vacation without having anyone else assigned to my vehicle. Then it ended up taking almost a week. No one would call me back, all contact I had to initiate. Felt like if I wasn’t proactive your service staff didn’t really give a damn.
My wife purchased a Camaro from car max ,we were told there was no warranty We are having a problem with the radio going blank, somehow Tony Perez got ahold of this ,brought us in immediately ,did an upgrade and an inspection of the vehicle,hopefully this has fixed the problem,time will tell.thank you Tony Perez
