I purchased this truck less than a year ago was not please with the 1 service performed. Reported as such and heard nothing. Second service is visit was much better. But right after the service visit my truck was involved in what seemed like a minor accident ( I was hit from behind) I made a couple calls to the parts department and and no one ever answered. So I went online and went though the process of online chat. I was told someone would respond back to me. No one ever did, I repeated the the process, was told they showed the record of my inquiry and someone would respond. This was about a week ago and still no one has responded. In the mean time it became evident there was more involved than changing a couple parts that I can't get information from this dealership anyway so my truck is being worked on at another location. I really thought of Reliable as better than this. But as they say, action speak....!

We First had a bad experience with the used car side. But the sales rep Evan on the new side really made us feel comfortable and at home. If it wasn’t for him and the team on the new car side we would have went some where else to purchase are truck.

Our visit was a great one. We were immediately greeted by a service staff member, who listened carefully to my concerns regarding my Stingray. He handled everything extremely well from beginning to end, including following through with extra tests on the car battery to make sure everything was in working order. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my beloved sports car to this location again.
My experience here has always been and continues to be great. They are always friendly, helpful, respectful, and have great customer service. I have been scheduled with and request to have my appointment with Tony secondary to his fantastic customer service. I will recommend anyone to come here for their service, it is by far the best.
Everyone was very friendly, from the phone service rep who made my appointment, the service rep who checked me in and the other employees in the bay, and the rep who set me up with a loaner. I was very pleased and comfortable with the friendly and helpful attitudes of all the employees I interacted with and appreciate them very much. The only issue I have with my experience after the fact is the lack of explanation on the services performed when I returned to pick up my vehicle. (There were 5 recalls and an oil change service during my appointment). I was checked out fairly quickly, but had to spend a bit of time in the bay transferring my car seats from the loaner to my vehicle. While there, I was not personally apprised of all the vehicle checks (tires rotated? status of air filter? upcoming services needed?) or that it was time to service the Diesel Exhaust Fluid nor given an offer to have that service completed at the same time. Other than not going over the services performed or recommended in person, my experience was positive.
Everyone that approached us at Reliable was really nice and very talkative. When we first got there, we were barely walking into the car lot and we already got approached by a gentleman and he started us off and handed us over to Marcel. He was excellent
