The terms of my loan (rate and length) were changed from what we agreed to both a higher rate and longer term on the paper work we were signing. Luckily I caught it, otherwise, I would have been the one that had to deal with it. It seemed like a very shady tactic by the finance person in order for her to up sell me. Not at all happy with this part of my experience and the excuses that were given after I pointed this out.

I would have appreciated some information about the type of oil put in the car and what to do when the tires cannot be rotated.I really appreciate a hands-off approach, but maybe it was too much hands-off
Lawrence took great care of me. He informed me that the recall work I took my Equinox for would take 2 hours. I needed to wait for the work to be done, so that was fine. The waiting area was very comfortable and had a good view of the mountains! I was out of there in 1 hour 45 minutes and, my car was washed too! Very happy with their service!

Our sales person was exceptional. Always there for what we needed. A little disappointed in finance. We actually traded our vehicle on 4/12/18. We specifically asked if everything was final because we didn't want to drive off the lot unless things were finalized. Well we had to get new docs made because we had a different finance company assigned. Our agreed monthly payment was the same but not the number of months. So it was pretty much a take it or leave it. Communication should have been key. Now that I'm receiving this email, I'm a little at ease that this is finally done. I was told by our previous finance company that reliable would be responsible for the late charges incurred for the monthly payment that would have been due for May & it shouldn't be taken out of our overpayment of what was due on the vehicle at the time of the trade. We also still haven't recurved a manual for the new vehicle. We finally received our 2nd set of keys as well which we shouldn't received when we pulled off the lot. Being that we were from out of town, this was an inconvenience. I will also need to be taking the best vehicle back so that they can redo the tint that came in the vehicle because of bubbles in the tint. Company is great, sales person was great, just our other experiences wasn't so great. We have been loyal Chevy owners & customers for a very long time & this experience wasn't the norm that we've experience before. All in all. We love the New vehicle. Thank you and God Bless
